Order Processing
Orders are generally processed and dispatched by 7:00 PM CT. During periods of high order volume, inventory restocking delays or warehouse closures, order processing may take up to 2 business days from the date your order is placed.

International Shipping Policy
Fortemotus ships to more than 60 countries and regions worldwide.
Free international shipping is available to most countries in Europe, the Asia-Pacific region and selected destinations once your order meets the required minimum purchase threshold.
International delivery typically takes 7–20 business days, depending on the destination country and local customs clearance procedures.
Customs Duties & Taxes: Customers are fully responsible for any import duties, VAT or other local fees imposed by their destination country.
Shipping Consolidation
All items in your order will be shipped in a single package unless product size or specifications require separate shipments. This policy helps reduce environmental impact and lower the risk of lost or delayed packages.
